When it comes to wine, one would always want the best. It is, however, a never-ending quest to get the best wine.
There is always a better wine as you explore further.
Today, another great wine has been discovered in the long aisles of wine, Jordan Chameleon Sauvignon Blanc-Chardonnay. Originating from the famous wine region, Stellenbosch, this blend is produced by the Jordan Wine Estate.
As the name suggests, Jordan Chameleon Sauvignon Blanc-Chardonnay brings characters of a chameleon to any drinking experience. It is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
If it gets any better than this blend, then the future is surely wine-centric. Jordan Chameleon Sauvignon Blanc-Chardonnay fits almost everywhere. Perhaps it is the different components of the varietals that make it so chameleon-like. It has the ability to adapt to its environment. It is characterised by the grassy Sauvignon Blanc, balanced by intense, citrusy Chardonnay.
Extended lees contact adds a creamy richness to the long tropical fruit finish.
This clear, pale-yellow wine is moderately expressive on the nose and has clear notes of Sauvignon: lime, grapefruit and freshly cut grass.
In the taste, the characters of Chardonnay come to the fore – light to medium weight palate with good freshness and acidity.
The Sauvignon Blanc is showing more than Chardonnay, which is no surprise as the blend has over 60% of the Sauvignon – a pleasant, refreshing blend.
You will also find some floral aromas, followed by beautiful citrus fruits and green apple.
A wonderful blend of two seemingly different grapes to make for a wonderful, refreshing white wine.
Jordan Chameleon Sauvignon Blanc-Chardonnay is a wonderful choice to have alongside your favourite seafood dish.
It can also pair well with a creamy pasta dish. It is recommended that you enjoy it while chilled to enjoy this crispy delicious wine.
Jordan Chameleon Sauvignon Blanc-Chardonnay is the perfect wine for summer, for it pairs well with the summer body you have worked hard for during winter. Highly recommended. Enjoy responsibly!
