McHenry Venaani was born on September 8, 1977.
Legislative Profile:
He is currently the leader of the official opposition, the DTA, and a member of the Parliamentary Standing Committees on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Security as well as that of Economics and Public Administration. He first served as a member of the National Assembly from 2003 – 2010 and returned to the House last year.
Education:
He holds a Diploma in International Trade Law from Holborn College in the UK, a Diploma in Constitutional Law from the same institution, a Diploma in Business Law from Classic College and a Grade 12 obtained from David Bezuidenhout High School.
Career:
He is a former financial controller at Telecom Namibia as well as a former trainee researcher.
