WINDHOEK– The Bank Windhoek Arts Festival (BWAF) programme this month  provides art enthusiasts with a host of attractive and enjoyable  artistic events. Through Bank Windhoek’s sponsorships, the festival is encouraging artists to sustain and develop fine-quality arts.
