Our Star of the Week is former president Hifikepunye Pohamba, who this week handed over – on behalf of his family – a classroom block with three classrooms and a storeroom in the Kavango West Region. The block, constructed last year, is estimated to have cost over N$1 million. Pohamba and his family handed over the block in Tuguva village where the former head of state is settled along the river after retiring in 2015. This is not the first time that Pohamba has made a generous donation.
