WINDHOEK– Miss Namibia 2014, Brumhilda Ochs, representing Namibia at this year’s Miss World contest in London, has made to the top 20 models out of total of 125 contestants.
The top 20 beauties and brains were revealed recently at the Fashion Retail Academy in London in the United Kingdom. Namibia is one of four African countries making the top 20 models. The others are South Africa, Zimbabwe and South Sudan.
Apart from making the top 20 models, Brumhilda beauty has been noted by some online websites including the idealbeauties.eu which listed her as one of the 13 top beauties at Miss World. Ochs could not be reached for comments. The finals of the 64th edition of the Miss World pageant takes places on Sunday. The winner will be crowned by the reigning Miss World 2013, Megan Young. Apart from the Miss World crown, contestants at the Miss World 2014 pageant are competing for six distinct awards, including Top Model, Beach Fashion, Sports and Fitness, Beauty with a Purpose, Talent Competition and the World Fashion Designer Award.
