I want to air a grievance. I am in a state of despondency regarding the barricading of roads around State House. Recently, this has been happening on a regular basis. Common decency demands that the authorities must timeously inform the public of their intention to barricade the roads. The public has a right to be informed of the authorities’ intentions and not to be inconvenienced on a daily basis. Instead the authorities blatantly disregard the public by showing them no respect. Time and time again the workday is disrupted by the actions of State House. Isn’t productivity part of the millennium goals? It is extremely frustrating to have to go through this unpleasant surprise on a regular basis. I plead with the authorities to do something constructive on this situation. Furthermore, could your newspaper please publish a grievance procedure regarding the above situation, in order for the public to directly submit their grievances to the relevant authority? Despondent
