WINDHOEK– Nowadays many conversations are already turning to the December holidays and Christmas. With the realisation that Christmas is around the corner, some of us might start to feel a little anxious – the dreaded Christmas shopping is upon us.
But not to worry, the Bank Windhoek (BW) Kids Fun Fair and Family Expo will be offering convenient Christmas shopping from November 1 -2 to make this year’s shopping for Christmas gifts easier. Various exhibitors who will be taking part in the expo is Silverberry (Jewellery & Handbags), Spes Bona Motor Company (Display Peugeot Vehicles), Computer for Kids (Computer Software), Soakuddley (Beach & Pool towel hoodies for kids), ABC Stationers (Retail stationers), Word weaver Publishing (Namibian Children Books), Baby Buzz, Rich Kid and Toys (remote control toys with rubber race track), Anusa, (who makes school uniforms, as well as the Art Needlework project) and many more.
According to Riaan van Rooyen, the Head of Corporate Communication and Social Investment at BW, visitors will also be able to order a variety of hand crafted items from the Art Needlework Project, from clothing to interior decorating items. “With such a wide variety of exhibitors, visitors can take their time to look around for that perfect Christmas gift. The best is that Mom and Dad can leave the little ones in safe hands at the activity areas, while they do their shopping at their leisure. Then one should also not forget that the BW Bizzkids usually also have items that make great Christmas gifts,” she says.
