The Tertiary Institutes Sports Association of Namibia (Tisan) is calling on all athletes in the various disciplines selected for the annual student games, this time to take place in Malawi, to report for a three-day training camp at the Windhoek College of Education (WCE) before 13h00 on Friday.
Convener of the team Werner Jeffrey requested the athletes and officials to bring along their own linen and winter attire, as well as identification documents including student cards and passports.
Jeffery says those who fail to report for the training camp as requested without a valid excuse would be summarily disqualified from the travelling entourage.
