In an exciting development that promises to catalyse economic growth and bolster regional connectivity, De Beers Marine (Debmarine Namibia) has achieved a significant milestone in the aviation sector by securing their inaugural Air Navigation Services Certificate. The Namibia Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) recently officially recognised the achievement, which they stated marks a triumphant culmination of a rigorous five-phase certification process.
The NCAA plays a pivotal role rooted in the guiding principles of the Civil Aviation Act, 2016 (Act No.6 of 2016), in shaping the civil aviation landscape, ensuring effective growth while upholding the highest
industry standards.
Through the certification, Debmarine Namibia has effectively showcased their capacity to provide a secure and dependable aviation service that seamlessly aligns with the exacting standards under the meticulous guidance of the Namibian civil aviation regulations.
“This achievement stands as a testimony to the dedication and expertise of the entire De Beers Marine Namibia (Pty) Ltd staff.
