Minister of Industries, Mines and Energy Modestus Amutse, through the office of the Oshana Regional Governor, handed over fencing and other essential materials worth N$26 000 to the Twayambekwa Green Scheme Project at Othingo village in Oshakati West Constituency. The materials, including cement, mesh wire, poles, a gate, spades and a wheelbarrow, will support the income-generating project run by persons with disabilities.
