Windhoek

The Franco Namibian Cultural Centre (FNCC) is tonight presenting “Namibia has Talent” show featuring the winners of the first ever Talent Show held in July.

This is to allow young people to showcase their talents and be confident about their skills. A wide collection of disciplines such as stand-up comedy, singing, poetry, as well as dancing was showcased at the talent show when young individuals proved that Namibia does have incredible talents. They include Pearl with his magical voice when singing soulful rhythms; a rap prodigy, Walter; the hilarious young stand-up comedian, Kris with a K, and the Xclusive Dance Crew.

Walter, one of the winners, says they are working in unity to bring the audience the best show as this is an opportunity for them as upcoming artist to showcase their work and engage with each other and their fans. “I want to uplift people and make them feel that there is something much better in life, and for them to see that there’s more to life than living just for themselves, when they could be trusting God for a bigger life.” He adds that they are different local artists trying to make a difference in the entertainment industry.

“The show will be more than just music. We have a wide variety of acts happening and it would be great for people to come share his experience with us and their loved ones,” invites and entices Walter. The show is free and starts at 18H30.
