As the MTC Netball Namibia Premier League heads to Divundu this weekend, excitement and pressure are building across the table.
Teams are chasing vital points in what has become a fierce battle at both the top and bottom of the log.
Otjozondjupa Nampol head coach Marvelous Khaebes said his side is determined to keep its focus as the season edges closer to the finish line.
“The key right now is to stay focused on our own game plan and keep collecting points until the very last game,” he said.
Nampol, currently sitting second on the log, have been one of the most consistent sides this season.
From 17 matches played, they boast 14 wins, one draw and just two defeats, giving them a strong 29 points.
Their solid form has kept them well in the hunt for the title.
At the top, however, defending champions Namibian Correctional Service (NCS) are proving to be a dominant force.
Leading the standings with 36 points from 18 matches, NCS remain the team to beat with an impressive 18 victories.
Hot on their heels are Unam Ugongo in third place with 26 points, after 13 wins from 17 games and four losses.
Eastern Chiefs round out the top four with 18 points from 17 matches, having secured nine wins and eight defeats.
Meanwhile, the battle at the bottom is becoming just as intense.
Mighty Gunners, in ninth place, have 15 points from 18 matches, while Wanderers are in 10th with 12 points.
Unam Jaguars sit precariously in 11th position with nine points from 19 matches.
Cuca Tops find themselves rooted at the bottom of the table with zero points from 16 matches, still searching for their first win of the campaign.
