The Namibian University of Science and Technology (NUST) reached a significant milestone in its illustrious journey this year with the NUST community — students, staff, and executives — gathered in a vibrant parade that painted the streets in shades of blue.
In his keynote address, Vice-Chancellor Erold Naomab reflected on NUST’s remarkable transformation over the last decade, highlighting the university’s growth from humble beginnings to its current standing as a globally competitive institution.
“At NUST, we are not ordinary. We are an exceptional, world-class university, and we are the most sought-after institution in Namibia,” he stated.
The programme was packed with exciting speakers, cultural performances, and interactive installations that demonstrated the university’s commitment to innovation and academic success.
