By Suzette Apollus WINDHOEK The fate of thousands of learners who sat for the national examinations last year will be known on Friday, January 27. The Directorate of National Examinations and Assessment is expected to release the official IGCSE examination results for 2005 on Friday. From a total of 26 571 students who enrolled for last year’s examination, 52% were full-time and 47,9% part-time. This represents a 6,3% increase in the total enrolment figures for 2005 compared to 2004. Results can be obtained from various regional education offices throughout all thirteen regions of the country or at the following web site: www.dnea.gov.na. Students can also obtain their official statement of results containing their individual subjects and grades from their respective schools where they sat for the exams.
