Windhoek-based lawyer Dirk Conradie and Sara Damases were unsuccessful in their Section 174 application to be acquitted on allegations of fraud this morning in the Windhoek High Court. Judge Thomas Masuku dismissed the application but did not provide reasons at this stage.
