Feelingz Nation is back with yet another extravaganza, and Volume 3 of this sought-after event starts today and ends Sunday at Zoo Park in Windhoek.

Fillemon Natangwe Shuuya initiated the festival in December 2020, under the Feelingz Nation clothing brand, founded by him in 2015.

The Betterdays Original clothing brand was welcomed into the fold for the extravaganza Volume 2 in December 2021.

The event was initiated as a way of reducing the unemployment rate in Namibia, said the public relations officer of the event, Charity Uundjenu.

“It is aimed at helping to eradicate the plight of unemployment in Namibia by giving the youth a platform to create a source of income for themselves through running stalls.

It also aims at helping promote Namibian artists by allowing them to showcase their music,” she noted.

Uundjenu explained that the event is not only a platform for popular entrepreneurs or artists, but caters to all citizens.

There will be performances by local creatives at the event in order to promote the importance of locally produced art.

“The most important element is the stalls, and we have a variety in order to cater for all our attendees. The Feelingz Nation Extravaganza has solidified its place in the Namibian entertainment world in a short period. The constant support from the public at large is what motivates us to keep going,” she added.

The public should expect a relaxed and carefree vibe, which is always at every Feelingz Nation event.

Their aim is to establish an event, which is safe and conducive to a wide range of artistic endeavours.

Uundjenu did not reveal the performers who will be there, because they want it to be a surprise for attendees.

An entrance fee is payable at the gate.
