Old Mutual celebrates over 10 million rewards’ points redeemed

Old Mutual Namibia reached a significant milestone on its Rewards Programme, where customers have to date redeemed more than 10.4 million, which is equivalent  to N$1 million.

The programme continues to grow as a key customer loyalty and engagement programme, with more than 25 000 members now participating in it.

Old Mutual Namibia’s existing Rewards partners, The Foschini Group (TFG) and MTC have been leading the way in this success, offering members value-for-money redemption options that span fashion, lifestyle and telecommunications.

“This milestone is more than just a number. It’s a reflection of the trust our customers place in us and our commitment to return that value meaningfully,” said Logan Fransman, chief operating officer at Old Mutual Namibia.

“By partnering with TFG and MTC, we’re creating a relevant and rewarding ecosystem that speaks to our customers’ everyday needs,” he added.

Group marketing, public affairs and sustainability executive Mignon du Preez added: “Our Rewards Programme is one of the many ways Old Mutual is enhancing customer experience and financial well-being. Reaching the N$1 million redemption mark shows the power of partnerships and the value we’re putting back into the pockets of our members. It’s purpose in action”.

The Rewards Programme is the centre of Old Mutual’s financial inclusion and customer value.

As it continues to grow its participation, Old Mutual is committed to expanding the programme even wider, and providing more rewards to members.
