WINDHOEK – One of the most popular hotels in Windhoek, Avani Hotel and Casino, recently collaborated with KWV to launch one of South Africa’s celebrated sparkling wines, KWV Annabelle Cuvée Rosé
KWV Annabelle Cuvée Rosé is a sweet sparkling wine produced in South Africa by the leading South African wine and spirits producer, KWV.
The collaboration was celebrated on Monday with a ladies’ night hosted by Stratos Rooftop, which was the first event of its kind in the hotel especially held for ladies around Windhoek to have fun at an affordable price and celebrate their womanhood.
Marketing coordinator of the hotel, Cindey Snyders, said, “This collaboration means so much to us and as a way of celebrating our partnership with Cuvée Rosé, we decided to do something for our women since Cuvée Rosé is something mostly loved by ladies because of its colourfulness and feminine.”
The event was more than just a promotion for KWV’s new sparkling wine, it is a special gift for women since it was International Women’s Day on Tuesday.
“It is important to celebrate women and recognise their achievements without regard to divisions, whether national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political. Even though this is our first ladies’ night, we are willing to do events of this kind often,” Snyders explained.
She said, “Next time we would also like to do something for men and probably also offer special prices just to boost the popularity of the restaurant and bar and bring more customers.”
The event was filled with gorgeous women from around Windhoek and throughout the night the ladies were socialising with one another while sipping on the bubbles of the tropical fruit aromas, hints of strawberry and the florals and spice of the Annabelle Cuvée Rosé Sparkling Wine.
The night ended peacefully, and the attendees received presents and free wines to take along.
