Over the weekend, the City of Windhoek hosted the Ae//gams Festival for two days at its Upper Parking area to celebrate culture and diversity. The Damara cultural group brought the streets to life with traditional dances. At the same event, the Lüderitz Crayfish Festival hosted the Miss Lüderitz Crayfish Festival 2025 pageant. Faizah Bwalya was crowned Miss Lüderitz Crayfish Festival, with Chariva Seister as first runner-up and Alicia Langer as second runner-up. The Crayfish Festival is set to commence on Tuesday and until 5 May.
