Goats eating cardboard boxes and other disposables dumped in front of the Bank Windhoek branch at Makalani Complex in Outapi last Saturday. Vendors, who sell a variety of products in front of the complex, seemingly throw away piles of garbage just metres from their stands, and goats – battling a wave of drought that is ravaging Namibia for three years now – have made the area their happy hunting ground for something to feast on.
