Fourteen arrested for removing ‘illegal’ fence
Fourteen community members from Gava village in Kavango West were arrested and detained at Nkurenkuru police station yesterday after they allegedly put down poles from a portion of land in their village, which they claim was illegally fenced off. Community members are planning to protest against the arrest.
