FNCC offers French courses

WINDHOEK– The Franco-Namibian Cultural Centre (FNCC) will offer two examination slots for the international recognized diplomas for French as Foreign Language next month.

Registration is from September 9 to October 4 at the reception of the FNCC and the examination will be, for level A1, A2 and C1 on October 12 and for level B1, B2 and C2 on  October 19.

The Diplome d’etudes en Langue Francaise (DALF), and Diplome d’Approfondissement en Langue Francaise, (DALF) approved and issued by the French Ministry of Education, are now offered at1000 examination centres in 164 countries. And FNCC is the official DELF and DA of LF examination centre in Namibia.

These examinations are available for all non-French citizens who wish to prove their French language skills. No need to be an FNCC student to register. It’s open to everybody!
When you pass, you obtain an internationally recognized diploma that evaluates your skills in French and allows you to enhance your curriculum vitae.
Holders of the DELF B2 and DALF diplomas are exempted from language entrance examinations in French universities.
Each diploma corresponds to one of the six levels of the Council of Europe’s common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Listening, speaking, reading, and writing are tested at all levels. Candidates register for a specific level.
