2015-08-28Staff Report 2 A case of theft will be opened against these two young men after they reportedly snatched an expensive cellphone from a young woman during the Heroes Day celebrations held at the Heroes Acre in Windhoek on Wednesday. The cellphone was, however, later recovered and the two suspects apprehended by the police.
