2015-12-01Staff Report 2 Former parliamentarian and City of Windhoek Councillor Ellen Musialela was unveiled by the ruling party today after rejoining from the Rally for Democracy and Progress (RDP). Musialela recently served as an RDP councillor on the Windhoek City Council and she was a member of that party’s executive. Musialela was welcomed by Swapo Party’ secretary general Nangolo Mbumba at the party’s headquarters in Windhoek today. “When I left Swapo a lot of things happened and there was no peace in the party but now one can see that there is peace. I am back home and I will not step on anyone’s foot nor am I looking for a position,” she said. 2015-12-01Staff Report 2
