Alvine Samuels emerged victorious at the Easter Cup hosted by the Windhoek Golf Club over the weekend, beating a competitive field of more than 80 golfers.
She clinched the title with 83 points, narrowly edging out Cor Beuke (81 points). Tommy Nangombe followed in third with 80 points, while Sponks Mohale and Bonifatius Paulino tied for fourth with 79 points each.
Club captain Toady Gurirab thanked the Windhoek Golf Club for its continued support for the sport, especially for sponsoring both the daily and overall prizes that made the event a huge success.
The tournament also featured daily divisional prizes and nearest to pin awards.
