A case of theft will be opened against these two young men after they reportedly snatched an expensive cellphone from a young woman during the Heroes Day celebrations held at the Heroes Acre in Windhoek on Wednesday. The cellphone was, however, later recovered and the two suspects apprehended by the police. The two men were handcuffed together outside Heroes Acre and had to wave at passersby as ‘punishment.’
