Prime Minister Nahas Angula is to deliver the keynote address at the Annual General Meeting of the Namibian Coalition for the United Nations Literacy Decade (NCUNLD) on 14 November, it was announced in a press release. The organization had so far been active in promoting literacy in the country. Some highlights include participation in the recently-held Adult Learners’ Week, a fund-raising gala dinner and the promotion of national and international cooperation.
