NAMIBIAN party people from all walks of life are getting ready for Ampedfest, the biggest music festival Namibia has ever seen – a party promising to set a new standard for festivals in Namibia. With VIP tickets already all sold out, excitement is building for this party event of the year to be held at the Trustco United Sports Grounds on October 10, a Saturday, in Windhoek.

Boasting three stages and thirty acts, Ampedfest brings together a heady mix of local and international artists, including world-renowned DJ duo Pascal and Pearce, and King of Zef culture Jack Parow. There is also a secret South African DJ headlining the official Ampedfest afterparty – to be held at Club London, Windhoek.

“This year we are going one up from last year’s colour party – we’re looking to break all records,” says a spokesperson for Mammoth Events, the company putting on this highly anticipated event, “Ampedfest will the biggest music festival Namibia has ever seen.” He went on to say that by providing a platform for world-class music in Namibia, Ampedfest is setting the standard for future music festivals in our country.

Ampedfest is brought to you by Mammoth Events, the host of the Big Fat Pool Party, Colour Goes to Coast and Colour Crazy. Tickets are available at all Computicket retailers countrywide for N$300 for General Access tickets but these prices will be going up to N$350 in October, and will be $500 at the gate on the day of the event.
