ONANKALI-The Constituency of Onankali is hosting its first ever Reunion Festival starting on  Monday to Thursday at Tangi Bar under the theme “lets unite”.

One of the organisers of the event, B-Wizy Martin, says it aims to bring the people of the constituency  together and to recognise young talents.

“Basically the main aim of the event is to bring the Onankali people to celebrate together and maintain the harmony of Onankali. This is also to give a platform to those that are in the north to be covered when it come to entertainment,” he explains. Martin adds that people from the north are far behind when it comes to leisure.

The festival will be entertained by DJ Claudio from Angola who expected to provide nothing less  than entertainment extravaganza. Pools, swimming pools, braais (barbecue) and performances by different upcoming artists are all part of the  programme. “Moreover, what is best is that the Tangi Bar management has also decided to provide accommodation for those that will be coming from far places. Refreshment will be served to everyone and there will also be different competitions during the three-day festival,” Martin entices the public.  The event will starts at five O’clock till late every day.
