OKAHANDJA – Despite the installation of academic Mutjinde Katjiua as paramount chief of the Ovaherero Traditional Authority (OTA) by his faction, acting PC of the authority Vipuira Kapuuo said the race for the legitimate OTA PC has commenced, and that the community’s supreme leader will be announced in three weeks.

“On 9 August, three weeks from now, I will call you at a soon-to-be-announced location so we can sit and choose our next PC.
