Home Archived The Vitality movie has a lesson or two about health

WINDHOEK– Healthy U Wellness Solutions last Tuesday screened, Vitality, an adventure in health, wellness and consciousness movie at the TAV Centre in the Northern Industria.

The movie is about health and the overall well-being, focusing on diet, exercise, sleep, mindset, including how to deal with the stress. Guests in the movie are speaking  about a broad range of topics ranging from peoples over-reliance on drugs, the insurance industry, lack of meaning in life and basic preventative measures. According to Wellness Consultant at Healthy U Wellness Solutions, Hannelie Eksteen, the screening is targeting corporations to encourage them to develop programmes tailored towards their specific needs. “We wanted people in organisations to realise the importance of a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and this movie teaches people on how to live healthier, how to take care of ourselves and our overall wellbeing, there is just a lot to learn,” says Eksteen.

Aside from screening the movie, there was an opportunity for direct marketing during the first 30 minutes as well as after the movie, when the attendees were able to interact directly with sponsors and professionals in the Health & Wellness Industry. There was also a display of organic food, and an expert in Organic Farming  gladly answering  questions on things like genetically modified organism’s (GMOs), etc.  Anyone interested in watching the movie, may contact Healthy U Wellness Solutions for tickets at (061) 222526 or 0814783577, 0811286070, 0813203032 or even buy your ticket at any Computicket outlet.
